About the Role
The Company is seeking a Project Manager to join its Network Distribution team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the appearance of the branch network enhances the overall customer experience. This includes involvement in all branch projects such as refresh, renovations, relocations, and new builds. The role requires close collaboration with key partner groups to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with appearance standards. The Project Manager will also be involved in creating a Master Market Plan to optimize the regional distribution network and will provide direct support to Senior Project Managers. Applicants should have a total of 6-10 years' of experience, with at least 3 years' specifically in planning and project management. A 4-year college degree is required, and an advanced degree is preferred. The role demands excellent communication skills, the ability to influence others, and a proven track record of supporting and monitoring large, complex projects. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively. A working knowledge of branch functions and banking operations is also essential for this position.
