This highly visible role will drive the successful delivery of business and technology initiatives by gathering requirements, optimizing business processes, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring solutions align with organizational objectives. This role will play a critical part in supporting digital transformation initiatives, application modernization efforts, and continuous business process improvement initiatives.Success in this position will entail the following achievements:Successful delivery of high-quality business requirements with minimal rework.Improved operational efficiency through process improvements.Strong stakeholder satisfaction and adoption of delivered solutions.Successful delivery of business value and project objectives.Effective collaboration across business and technology organizations.Responsibilities will include the following:Business Analysis & Requirements ManagementLead stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.Gather, document, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements.Develop user stories, process flows, use cases, business rules, and workflow diagrams.Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.Facilitate requirements prioritization and change management activities.Business Process ImprovementAnalyze current-state business processes and identify improvement opportunities.Design future-state workflows and operational solutions.Recommend process enhancements that improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance user experiences.Support operational excellence and digital transformation initiatives.Project Delivery & Stakeholder ManagementServe as a lead Business Analyst on complex cross-functional initiatives.Partner with Product Owners, Project Managers, Architects, Developers, and QA teams.Support Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, and solution reviews.Ensure business requirements are effectively translated into delivered solutions.Testing & Business ReadinessCoordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Validate delivered functionality against approved requirements.Assist with change management, training, and adoption planning activities.Support production deployment and business readiness efforts.Communication & LeadershipBuild strong relationships with business stakeholders and technology teams.Facilitate meetings, workshops, and decision-making sessions.Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and recommendations.Influence solution design through data-driven analysis and business insights.Required Skills & Expertise:Professional Experience8+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting enterprise business and technology initiatives.Experience supporting large-scale system implementations and modernization programs.Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).Demonstrated success working with both business and technical stakeholders.Technical & Analytical SkillsRequirements elicitation and documentationBusiness process modeling and workflow analysisUser story development and managementBusiness rules and functional specification developmentUAT planning and coordinationData analysis and reportingSystems integration conceptsAPI and enterprise application understandingTools & TechnologiesJiraAzure DevOpsConfluenceVisioMicrosoft 365 SuiteBusiness process modeling toolsBusiness & Leadership SkillsExceptional communication and facilitation abilities.Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to influence decisions across all organizational levels.Strong presentation, documentation, and organizational skills.Desired Skills & ExpertiseExperience within automotive or automotive finance environments.Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives.Knowledge of cloud technologies and enterprise architecture.Familiarity with compliance, audit, and governance requirements.Experience working in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments.Exposure to enterprise modernization and legacy system replacement projects.
