Business AnalystOur Fortune 500 client in Torrance, CA is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their innovative team.Position Title: Business AnalystLocation: Hybrid - Torrance, CA 90503Duration: 6+ months with high possibilities of extensionPay Rate: $50/hr on W2Must have skills:Requirement elicitationBusiness process analysisCritical thinking and excellent communication skillsDocumentation (scope, requirement traceability, test case creation, test result verification, etc.)Stakeholder managementEach must have skill requires 7+ years of experience. The required education for this position is a bachelors degree. The nice to have skills are: Automotive industry knowledge, Data analysis and visualization, Basic SQL and program analysis skills.Job description:Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business needs, analyze requirements, and translate them into functional and technical specifications.Assess current processes and suggest optimal solutions to improve operational efficiency and productivity.Maintain and manage detailed documentation including business processes, workflows, and project deliverables.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment between expectations and deliverables.Identify challenges, anticipate risks, and recommend appropriate strategies to mitigate them.Partner with IT teams to implement and test business solutions ensuring proper functionality.
