FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (BARISTA) (FULL TIME) We are hiring immediately for full‑time FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (BARISTA) position. Location: Carthage College - 2001 Alford Park Drive, Kenosha, WI 53140. Note: online applications accepted only. Schedule: Full time; Days and hours may vary. Open availability is required. More details upon interview. Requirement: Previous barista and leadership experience is required. Pay Range: $22.00 per hour to $24.00 per hour. *Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available Essential Duties and Responsibilities Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste. Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized. Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate. Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
