Maintenance Technician

Industrial Maintenance TechnicianWe are hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment in a manufacturing environment. If you have strong mechanical and electrical maintenance experience and enjoy solving problems, we'd like to hear from you.Responsibilities:Perform preventive maintenance and equipment repairs.Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment.Repair conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, and drive systems.Read blueprints and electrical schematics.Assist with equipment installations and continuous improvement projects.Follow OSHA and company safety standards.Qualifications:Manufacturing maintenance experience required.Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.Experience with PLCs, VFDs, motors, and control circuits preferred.Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.Welding/fabrication experience is a plus.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment.Shift:1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-2:30 PM (Overtime as needed) Pay: $23-$26/hour (Based on Experience)Benefits:Quarterly production bonusesCompetitive payMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid holidays and PTOCareer growth opportunitiesStable, team-oriented work environmentApply today to take the next step in your maintenance career!Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
