The Company is in search of a Vice President, Business Development with a focus on insurance advisory and consulting. This executive role is pivotal for a senior professional with a background in the insurance or actuarial industry, including life, health, or P&C, who is ready to take on a client-facing, revenue-driving position. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating and developing new client relationships, identifying and defining profitable niche offerings, and driving the full business development lifecycle. A key aspect of the role is to partner with internal experts to deliver high-impact solutions to insurance carriers, reinsurers, and related organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong professional network, a proven track record in business development, and the ability to commercialize technical expertise into market-facing solutions. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in the insurance or actuarial industry, with a focus on business development, client origination, or revenue generation. An entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to build and scale a niche practice area are essential. While actuarial credentials are highly valued, they are not required.
