Responsibilities & Expectations Serve as the first and last impression for guests. Be friendly, make recommendations, and anticipate the needs of guests. Work hard but have a great time doing it. Healthcare benefits. Meal discounts. Great career path. Physical Standards Exert well‑paced mobility for up to 4 hours. Safely reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds frequently. Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times per shift. Speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff. Wear protective hand coverings, face coverings/masks, and disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the shift. Wash hands frequently with disinfecting soap.
