J & J Exterminating Inc., Louisiana’s largest independently owned and operated pest control company, servicing Louisiana and Texas for over 65 years, is looking for an Outside Residential Territory Salesperson for our immediate expansion.

Job Details :

  • 40-hour work week visiting existing or potentially new job sites to gain business through inspection, estimating & selling services, and collection of payments (Note: some emergency staff designation and weekend hours are part of this position.)
  • Tasks include: building relationships, communicating & documentation of all required
  • service details such as proposals, initial & continued/expanding service prices, and fees.
  • Helping potential customers and solving problems on a daily, circumstantial basis
  • Regular communication with team members and supervisors to address lead
  • opportunities, follow-ups services, and sales reports.
  • Accountability for maintaining company-provided equipment.
  • Proper management of time & territory
