The Skills You’ll Bring: At least 18 years of age with high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (college degree preferred) 2+ years of proven leadership experience, including performance management and team development, in retail, sales, service, or photography Ability to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends Ability to quickly develop rapport with children and adults Strong math and intermediate computer skills Job Description: The Studio Manager leads the day-to-day operations of a portrait photography studio, inspiring a high-performing team while providing an excellent customer experience.
