What you will enjoy doing*

• You will provide leadership and direction for entry-level production employees to meet customer demand
• Coordinate production to fulfill daily distribution requirements, including delivery routes and shuttle needs
• You will help support daily distribution requirements and lead reliability, compliance, quality, and safety programs
• You will also serve as Primary Quality Assurance Representative, maintaining and reviewing compliance documentation
• This role ensures team training and commitment to Linde Safety and Quality systems and coordinates quality and safety training for employees and maintain records
• You will monitor production/manpower levels to ensure efficiency and assist with contingency planning
• You will identify issues, lead improvement plans, and report activities to plant management

What makes you great

• You have a high School Diploma/GED required; Bachelors' Degree preferred
• 3+ years experience in an industrial plant environment required
• 2+ years managing and developing employees required
• Experience working and/or managing in a union environment preferred
