AOI Programmer/Operator

Job Overview Adecco is actively seeking an AOI Operator/Programmer in the Plano, TX area. The AOI would operate any equipment relevant to AOI and other duties assigned by the lead. Reporting Typically Reports to: Lead, production manager, management, and other key personnel. Responsibilities Operate AOI equipment and other relevant machinery. Guide travelers to ensure assemblies move through the manufacturing process. Load feeders and inspect components. Create and modify oven profiles. Operate SMT machinery, reflow, X‑ray, and AOI machines. Use materials provided by process engineering to keep equipment running properly and safely on a daily basis. Immediately notify the lead of any equipment malfunction. Perform required preventative maintenance and maintain machine operation logs per “Good Documentation Practices Procedure.” Maintain a clean work area. Perform proficiently at the quality standard set by the company’s mission and commitment statement. Complete all required training classes as required. Show willingness to cross‑train into other departments. Physical Demands and Activity Use hands and tools to properly perform the job. Lift a minimum of 40 pounds. Qualifications Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent legal resident. Must work efficiently and well in a team environment. Must be punctual with good attendance. Minimum high school diploma or GED. Experience with AOI machine equipment. Must read, write, and understand English. Must be detail oriented. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of SMT and various components. At least one year of experience operating an AOI machine. Benefits Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour.
