Field Recruiter (Bilingual Spanish Required) Location: Carson, CA Schedule: 100% Onsite, possibility to go hybrid once settled in Direct Hire Compensation: $30-$38/hr A rapidly growing construction and trades company is seeking a Bilingual Field Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across skilled trades and field-based positions. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and move candidates efficiently through the hiring process.
