Call Center Manager

Job Description

The Call Center Manager oversees a team of 5-10 members, primarily managing outbound and mixed inbound/outbound calls. Reporting directly to Senior Management, this role ensures efficient team performance and high customer service standards during regular weekday hours, with limited travel expectations.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead call center team members
Monitor and evaluate team performance
Ensure exceptional customer service delivery
Develop and manage staff scheduling
Plan and conduct training and development sessions
Implement quality assurance measures
Prepare and present performance reports
Resolve conflicts within the team
Manage recruitment and onboarding
Identify and implement process improvements

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience in call center management
Associate degree in Management or related field
