What You’ll Do Participate in a structured leadership program with comprehensive training on insurance fundamentals, GEICO’s business operations, and team management. Develop your ability to motivate and inspire a team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and accountability. Learn to analyze business metrics and implement strategies that support organizational goals. What We’re Looking For College graduates with a Bachelor’s degree. At least 6 months of leadership experience in roles such as leading academic projects, participating in volunteer or philanthropic initiatives, serving in athletics or extracurricular activities, managing capstone projects or research, acting as a shift supervisor, or completing leadership focused coursework. A passion for motivating and inspiring others to achieve shared goals. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
