Marketing Coordinator

Position Summary

The Marketing Coordinator is the coordination hub for Axiota's US Marketing team, keeping brand campaigns, trade shows, and training events running on time and well organized across the full brand portfolio. This role executes the tactical elements of the marketing plan, owns the shared marketing calendar, and manages the digital and promotional assets the team and field rely on day to day. It also liaises with the distribution role on the Sales Ops team to provide marketing support for distribution activities, without owning day-to-day distribution coordination. The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter who can juggle multiple brands and competing deadlines, execute independently, and take direction well within a small team.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Coordination

• Coordinate activity across the marketing team, keeping projects, campaigns, and requests on track.
• Manage the marketing project status report to ensure initiatives move forward without delay.
• Own the shared marketing calendar across the brand portfolio.
• Coordinate training events and team meetings.

Trade Show & Website Coordination

• Coordinate national trade shows and corporate sponsorships, including logistics and on-site execution.
• Facilitate website updates in support of brand and campaign needs.

Content & Digital Asset Management

• Create social media content across the brand portfolio.
• Manage the digital asset library, including Mediafly and Slate.
• Manage promotional item inventories and reorders.
• Respond to field sales rep requests for advertising and promotional materials.

Cross-Functional & International Support

• Execute tactical elements of the broader marketing plan on behalf of the Marketing Director and Product Brand Manager.
• Liaise with the distribution role on the Sales Ops team to provide marketing support for distribution activities (e.g., promotional materials, campaign coordination) - this role supports distribution marketing but is not the primary coordinator of distribution activity.
• Support International marketing requests as received.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Technical Services/Regulatory, and external agencies to keep execution on track.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing project coordination experience; agency collaboration strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with design and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Campaign Monitor, Loomly).
• Experience tracking and interpreting marketing metrics (social media engagement, email open/click-through rates, campaign performance, web analytics), with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple brands and competing deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written communication, with the ability to adapt tone and voice across three distinct brands.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to travel occasionally for trade shows and events.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Technical Services/Regulatory, and external agencies.
• Self-starter who can execute independently but also take direction well within a small team.
