Day in the Life of a Nurse Practitioner Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settings Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community services Will perform injections Schedule & Locations: Primary center: Greenville/Seneca. Target weekly hours: 33.5. Sample schedule: Seneca in person: Tues 5am-12pm / Thurs 5am-11:30am; Greenville in person: Mon 5am-11:30am, Wed 5am-12pm and 5am-12pm; Friday 5am-11:30am. Tele to support all 7 SC centers and 3 GA centers (NO WEEKENDS).
