Junior Systems AdministratorWe are seeking a Junior Systems Administrator to provide hands-on technical support and maintain IT infrastructure across multiple manufacturing facilities. This role will focus on end-user support, server maintenance, and network administration while working closely with IT leadership.Responsibilities/skills:Level 2/3 helpdesk support and systems administrationWorking with IT leadership and other Systems AdminSupport manufacturing facility with desktops, work stations, zebra printers, scanners, access points, and related end user and network equipmentManagement and cleanup of servers, upgrades, and optimizationIT systems and network administration for 8-10 facilitiesQualifications:1-2+ years experience in an IT positionAssociate's or bachelor's degree a plusIndustry certifications are a plusOnsite support experience in manufacturing environment preferredScanners and zebra printersBasic server and network experience and understandingAbility to travel to satellite locations on the Eastern part of the United States up to 30% of the time OtterBase
