Key Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a paraprofessional or in a school-based support role is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Support teachers and students in special education settings, including individualized 1:1 support
• Assist with implementation of IEP accommodations and modifications
• Foster an inclusive and respectful classroom environment

• Document progress and communicate with educational team members as needed
• Participate in staff meetings and relevant training sessions
