FIVE STAR STAFFING IS NOW HIRING
Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians – DFW Area
Five Star Staffing is actively hiring experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians for multiple apartment communities throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Apartment industry experience is REQUIRED. Candidates without prior apartment maintenance experience will not be considered.

- Lead Maintenance Technicians
- Assistant Maintenance Technicians
Immediate Starts Available – Multiple Open Positions
Job Responsibilities- Complete maintenance work orders efficiently and professionally
- Perform apartment make-readies and unit turns
- Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
- Maintain the overall appearance and curb appeal of the property
- Work collaboratively with maintenance and office staff to support daily property operations
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents
- Apartment maintenance experience is REQUIRED
- Hands-on HVAC experience required
- EPA Certification preferred
- Must provide your own basic maintenance tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to participate in scheduled emergency on-call rotations
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to operate maintenance equipment and property vehicles
