Site Coordinator

Overview The Site Coordinator is responsible for coordination of daily administrative and office functions for an active construction site including site mobilization and staff onboarding needs. Responsibilities Ensures site office operations remain organized, accurate, and responsive to project team needs. Independently manages routine operational needs while coordinating events and supporting mobilization readiness. Works closely with project teams, vendors, and leadership to maintain clear communication and effective coordination. Requirements Post-secondary education or experience supporting office or site operations environments preferred. Experience working in an office or administrative role preferred. Demonstrates strong customer service and operational coordination supporting daily site activities.
