We are currently searching for a friendly, energetic Part Time Groundskeeper for our 157 unit apartment community located in Rocklin, CA. This position requires you: assist with light painting projects, de-web corners, power-wash areas in need, daily cleaning of common areas, and representing FPMG proudly by providing excellent customer service to our residents! Schedule: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8am to 5pm Our Ideal Candidate: Six months of prior work experience in any field Ability to read, write and communicate in English Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs Basic computer skills: Internet and email Possess a “whatever it takes” mentality Must be reliable and dependable. Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $19-21 per hour. Other compensation includes but is not limited to: leasing and renewal commissions, mileage reimbursement and if applicable housing discounts.
