Our in-house training department educates our new employees from the very beginning of their journey and ongoing with both in-person and web-based training allowing us to develop the most talented associates in the industry.We are currently searching for a friendly, energetic Part Time Groundskeeper for our 157 unit apartment community located in Rocklin, CA. This position requires you: assist with light painting projects, de-web corners, power-wash areas in need, daily cleaning of common areas, and representing FPMG proudly by providing excellent customer service to our residents! Schedule: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8am to 5pmOur Ideal Candidate:Six months of prior work experience in any fieldAbility to read, write and communicate in EnglishMust be able to lift up to 25 lbsBasic computer skills: Internet and emailPossess a "whatever it takes" mentalityMust be reliable and dependableBenefits: Paid holidays (when applicable), company uniforms are provided and laundered and we provide our employees with a Employee Assistance Program. Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $19-21 per hour. Other compensation includes but is not limited to: leasing and renewal commissions, mileage reimbursement and if applicable housing discounts. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as the candidate's experience and qualifications.
