Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician - Collaborative Care

Optum WA, (formerly The Everett Clinic) is seeking an experienced Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team in Marysville, WA. Optum is a clinician‑led care organization that is changing how clinicians work and live. Key Responsibilities: Provide treatment planning and brief therapeutic interventions for primary care patients. Deliver care in both in person and virtual settings using evidence‑based approaches. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide clinical consultation or education as needed. Required Qualifications: Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling (including clinical mental health counseling), or a closely related behavioral health field. Active Washington State Department of Health behavioral health licensure, including LMHC, LMHCA, LSWAIC, LMFT or LMFTA. Preferred Experience: Ability to practice independently within Washington State scope of practice. Experience working in a medical setting. Telehealth service delivery and EHR documentation experience. The salary range for this role is $49,700 to $88,800 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
