Exciting Opportunity for a Urologist in South Texas
Our organization, a physician-led community hospital located in South Texas, is on the lookout for an exceptional Urologist to expand a thriving service line in a culturally rich community that currently faces no competition.
Opportunity Highlights:- Facility: 93-bed, Not-For-Profit, Level IV trauma center
- Referrals: 25 referring physicians eager for your expertise, with no competing practices
- Schedule: 2 dedicated operating room days for surgeries and 2.5 days in the clinic
- Case Mix: A healthy mix of general urology cases, with the option to pursue additional clinical interests
- Salary: 3-year salary guarantee, along with call pay and a quality incentive bonus
- Production Bonuses: wRVU Production Bonus plus a 10% Quality Bonus
- Benefits: Comprehensive package including 6 weeks of paid time off and $5,000 for continuing medical education
- Incentives: Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
