Job Summary

We are looking for a hard-working and committed In-Plant Technician to join our client's team.

Job Description

Produce and quality control inks to ensure inks meet or exceed the customer’s specifications.
Perform color matching and formulation.
Maintain detailed production and QC records.
Support customer’s schedule through production coordination.
Identifies and execute at a high level any rework opportunities based on review of batch tickets.
Provide strong press side technical service, troubleshoot problems, and provide detailed and consistent technical reporting.
Maintain monthly and weekly reporting to CTS and Sales organization.
Maintain housekeeping and safe operations
Must be able to lift up to 50 lb. buckets; and move 500 lb. drums following operating procedures.

Skills Required

1 year industry experience
Knowledge of MS Word/Excel/Outlook; as well as dispensing and color match software
Capable of lifting 50 lbs. throughout the day
This is a customer facing position that requires a high degree of interpersonal skill
Able to stand for longer periods of time.

Education and Experience Required

Hi ghschool diploma / GED

Salary

$20 per ho ur (Compensation is offered based on experience, skills, and market factors)
