Construction Healthcare Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Senior-Level Healthcare Construction Superintendent to lead complex healthcare construction projects from pre-construction through completion. What You’ll Do: Lead onsite construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors Manage project schedules, resources, safety, and quality Coordinate with architects, engineers, owners, and project managers Resolve construction and design issues Ensure compliance with plans, building codes, OSHA, and AHCA requirements Provide project updates to senior management What We’re Looking For: 8-10+ years of construction superintendent experience Experience with medical office and interior renovation projects Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety Excellent leadership and communication skills Construction Management/Engineering degree or equivalent experience Benefits include: 401(k) match company-paid medical insurance vehicle allowance fuel card dental & vision PTO holidays profit sharing bonuses growth opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
