The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the execution of M&A transactions, including buy-side, sell-side, and strategic advisory mandates. This role demands a professional with a strong background in M&A, particularly within the financial institutions group, and a proven track record of working with asset managers, wealth managers, RIAs, and related subsectors. Key responsibilities include overseeing financial analyses, valuation modeling, due diligence processes, and the preparation of transaction materials. The Vice President will also be tasked with managing junior bankers, contributing to thought leadership, and maintaining client relationships. Applicants for the Vice President position should have 5-7 years' of relevant experience, advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, and a deep understanding of FIG-specific valuation drivers.
