Duties Manage and lead employment litigation cases. Supervise junior associates and staff. Serve as the primary client contact. Handle multiple cases simultaneously. Conduct depositions and courtroom proceedings. Provide employment advice and counseling. Requirements Five or more years of employment litigation experience. Familiarity with Federal Court Rules and E-Discovery. Strong writing and analytical skills. Demonstrated project management skills. Licensed to practice in California. Education Juris Doctor from a nationally recognized law school. Certifications California Bar License. Skills Excellent writing and analytical skills. Strong project management abilities.
