Drivers must keep $1 in coin change for every delivery. Drivers must say “Let me get your change” on every order—no exception. Never carry more than $20 on the clock, including personal money. Prohibit pocket knives or any weapons while on the job. Keep driver vehicles neat, clean, and in a positive image. Drivers must not route early or check in early from delivery. Pizza makers must wash hands before making products. Use only proper procedures for product preparation. All drivers must complete the Safe Delivery CBT. Repeat every order for accuracy and confirm name and address. Be responsible for all results in assigned stores. Ensure food, labor, and service goals stay within target. Review P&L with direct supervisor each month. Work a minimum 50‑hour week with one day off and one on‑call day. Guarantee all stores meet or exceed minimum TIPS and Domino’s Pizza Standards. Staff and train all team members as needed. Maintain repair and maintenance activities in all stores. Implement new products or ideas seamlessly. Keep stores operating at a minimum 4‑star level. Perform self OERs first week of each period and make appropriate corrections. Complete evaluations, raises, and paperwork, notifying D.O. as required. Follow through all assignments and ensure all reports and paperwork are submitted promptly. Verify all store‑level reports and paperwork are complete and accurate. Know all product and operational standards. Follow all safety and security procedures, with equipment in working order. Maintain store budgets. Prepare and deliver school lunches within required standards. Provide accurate and detailed accountability, ensuring a paper trail exists. Ensure all equipment is available and used correctly.
