The Production Line Operator is responsible for the day-to-day duties in running equipment to produce quality products, safely and in a timely manner. Work in a safe manner at all times while following all safety policies and procedures. Maintains a clean and safe work environment. Identifies any potential safety hazards to Supervisor or HSE Manager to promote the "Zero and Beyond" safety goal/initiative. Operators are responsible for continuously monitoring and maintaining product quality based on established standards including visual and mechanical inspection of product. Performing setups in accordance with established procedures. Loading/unloading equipment. Work from written and verbal instructions, procedures, and work orders. Maintaining and logging all information required supporting traceability and quality. Participating in cross-training activities Performing other duties as required or directed. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED from accredited institution (Preferred). Basic mathematic skills; adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and basic percentages. Must be able to pass background check and drug test. Willing to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus. You must be able to stand up to 12 hours per day. You must be able to push/pull up to 50 pounds multiple times per day. You must be able to lift to 35 pounds occasionally.
