Physical Therapist – Clinic Manager

Location: Sioux City, IA
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $77,500–$105,000 annually (DOE)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team as a Clinic Manager . Candidates with 3+ years of PT experience are preferred. Previous Clinic Manager experience is not required —training and ongoing Clinic Manager coaching are provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy care.
• Lead and support the clinic team.
• Assist with daily clinic operations and team development.
• Promote clinical excellence and quality patient care.
• Collaborate with therapists and healthcare professionals.
• Support efficient clinic operations and documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with 3+ years of experience preferred .
• Iowa PT license preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in developing into a clinic leadership role.
