Ready to take ownership of HR for a growing multi-state organization? This is a unique opportunity to build and lead HR initiatives, partner with executive leadership, and make a significant impact during an exciting period of expansion. HR Manager Why This Opportunity Stands Out Lead HR operations across a growing organization with approximately 150-200 employees in multiple states. Partner directly with executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational growth, and strategic initiatives. Help build scalable HR processes and infrastructure to support continued expansion and acquisitions. Gain broad exposure across operations in Indiana, Arizona, and Florida while making a visible impact on the business. Target Compensation: $90,000-$100,000 Key Responsibilities For The HR Manager Oversee multi-state HR compliance and ensure adherence to employment regulations across four states. Manage onboarding, offboarding, recruiting, and employee relations across multiple locations. Partner with leadership on workforce planning, headcount management, and strategic HR initiatives. Qualifications For The HR Manager HR management experience with responsibility for employee lifecycle and compliance functions. Experience supporting multi-state HR operations and employment compliance. Strategic, hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced, blue-collar environment; SHRM certification is a plus.
