ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2018 and currently lead a growing team of two. State Farm has always been a part of my life - both my mother and sister are State Farm agents, and I've been with the company since 2012 before opening my own agency. Outside of work, I attended art school and enjoy boating, hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors with my three dogs.

Being involved in the community is important to me. Our agency actively participates in community engagement initiatives and is committed to building strong relationships with the people we serve.

Our agency offers a Simple IRA, licensing reimbursement, professional development opportunities, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. As our agency continues to grow, we're excited to invest in team members who want to build long-term careers.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Tim Peacock - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Answer customer inquiries and requests.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Dedicated to customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
