Production & Fulfillment Associate

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Full-time, hourly | $2535/hr + up to $450/mo health stipend | Start this fall This job isn't for everyone. The bar is high, our team is small, and you earn your place. We're looking for people who are obsessed with being the best at their craft. Momentum makes a longevity shake held to a standard few brands attempt: full doses, premium ingredients, and independent third-party testing. Thousands of customers drink it every day, many have been with us for years, and they rate it 4.85 out of 5 across more than 1,000 reviews. Every bag is made and shipped from our own facility in Fitchburg. That means the quality our customers depend on is decided on our floor, by our production crew, one batch and one box at a time. This is a full-time floor role. It carries more responsibility than our part-time positions, and it pays more because of it. HOW WE WORK - We own our work. Small team, no corporate layers. You take pride in your work because it's yours. - We hold a high standard, for a reason. People trust us with something they drink for their health every day. We follow our procedures exactly and keep our records airtight. - We move fast. Leadership is hands-on and close to the details. When we find a better way to do something, we change it, and we expect the team to adapt quickly and make the change stick. - We leave things better than we found them. The floor, the process, the team. HOW THE ROLE GROWS You'll start by mastering how everything runs today and making sure our processes are followed consistently. As you prove yourself, you'll take on more: finding the root cause when something goes wrong, fixing it, and recommending better processes so it doesn't happen again. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Production: weighing and measuring ingredients precisely, running our mixing machines, operating the filling and sealing machine so every bag is the right weight, and checking every batch against our quality standards. - Pick, pack, and ship: pulling the right flavors and quantities for every order, packing subscriptions and welcome kits with care, and getting every box out the door accurately and on time. - Warehousing: organizing and moving pallets, operating the forklift and pallet jack, and keeping the warehouse orderly. - Problem solving: when something breaks, on the line, in a machine, or in a process, you dig in, find the root cause, and get it fixed. - Records and SOPs: following and logging every step accurately. - Supporting the part-time team: helping train new teammates and keeping the shift on track. - Receiving: checking every delivery for correct quantities, items, expiration dates, and damage, and logging it. - Inventory: tracking what production uses so we reorder on time, and running periodic manual counts. - The facility: keeping equipment and the space clean, troubleshooting machines, and keeping the building secure. WHO YOU ARE - You set the standard and keep raising it. - Meticulous about records. If it isn't logged, it didn't happen. - A problem solver. Mechanical aptitude is a big plus. - Self-motivated. You take ownership without being asked. - Open to feedback. You'll report to our Chief of Staff and also take direction from our founder. You see direct feedback as a chance to get better. - Leads by example. Experience leading a team in any setting (a job, a club, a sports team) is a plus. - Able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and stand for full shifts. Forklift experience is a plus, but we'll train you. No warehouse experience required. We'll teach you everything. What we can't teach is the drive to be the best at what you do. PAY & BENEFITS - $2535/hr - Health stipend of up to $450 per month - 8 paid holidays - 3 weeks PTO (including sick days) - 401(k) with a 100% match on the first 3% of pay you contribute - A free monthly Momentum subscription, plus a 25% discount code for friends and family - You can bike to work: we're ight on the bike path SCHEDULE Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am4pm, on-site at 2881 Commerce Park Dr, Suite T, Fitchburg, WI 53719.
