IT Support Specialist - Banking IT (On-Call, Flexible)

PGMTEK, Inc. in New York seeks an IT Support Specialist to manage day-to-day IT operations, provide user support, and maintain the branch IT environment under the Head of IT. Flex hours including nights and weekends may be required. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with knowledge of ITIL practices, Windows/Linux servers, and networking.
