Healthcare Operations Manager

Position Overview DaVita is hiring a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator). The role is positioned in an outpatient clinic setting, serving as the front‑line leader, impacting patient care, team development, and operational performance. The position requires leadership, financial management, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Responsibilities Ensure patients receive high‑quality care, establishing clinical goals and leading quality improvement initiatives. Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross‑functional clinical team to achieve patient and operational goals. Manage the clinic’s financial performance: adhere to budget, forecast expenses, manage vendor relationships, order supplies, and monitor compliance. Partner with the Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns and align with regional goals. Operate the clinic autonomously while receiving support from the director, regional peers, and the broader company. Promote a culture that rewards demonstrated values and behaviors aligned with DaVita’s mission. Qualifications Associate’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree in a related field strongly preferred. Minimum of one year of management experience in healthcare, business, or military, or equivalent renal experience such as nurse, dietitian, social worker, or LPN. Current RN license if required by state of employment. Current CPR certification (must be obtained or renewed within 60 days of hire). Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong collaboration skills; ability to work with clinical and financial teams. Experience in clinical goal‑setting and quality improvement initiatives is a plus. Benefits & Compensation Salary Range: $91,000 – $144,000 per year.
