Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN)The Phoenix Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is looking for a talented and hard-working Full Time Wound Care Nurse to join their team! The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge in long term wound care in a nursing & rehab facility.Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) Duties Include but are not limited to:Responsible for accurate and timely documentation of wounds in the nurse's notes at least weeklyResponsible for all treatments required by licensed nurse on your shift and ensuring the wound care treatments are carried out at other times.Evaluate high risk patients for pressure reduction interventions methodsConduct body assessments and documentation on all new admissions per policyRound with doctors weekly to assist with assessing residentsWound Care Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements/Qualifications:Must be a self starter, hard working and dedicated professional willing to join our team.Current and valid RN license in the State of NYActive CPR CertificatePoint Click a PlusWound care certification desiredExcellent communication skillsExperience in LTC preferred but not requiredPositive attitude and a team playerThe salary for this position is negotiable and will depend on experience and qualifications; a full benefits package will also be included.An Equal Opportunity EmployerSalary: Up to $130,000 a year
