Patient Financial Navigator & Billing Liaison

COOPER PEDIATRICS is seeking a Patient Financial Navigation Advisor to act as the patient's liaison throughout the billing cycle. This role involves analyzing health insurance, educating patients on financial responsibilities, and facilitating payment arrangements. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and proficiency with payer on-line portals. A High School Diploma is required while an Associate's degree or equivalent experience is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
