Sales Consultant

K. Hovnanian is looking for Sales Consultants to learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts. This role requires discipline, openness to coaching, and a willingness to work weekends and some holidays. Responsibilities Learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts. Follow up with prospective customers. Maintain the sales database. Present products to customers. Shop the area competition. Qualifications No new home sales experience required. Preferred: a proven track record of two (2) successful years of sales experience. Provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills – both one‑on‑one and in front of large groups. Maintain a valid driver's license.
