Senior UX Designer - Remote

Salary: $120,640 - 141,440 per year Requirements:

• At least 6 years of UX or product design experience, with demonstrated strength creating patient- and provider-facing experiences in healthcare, diabetes care, or other regulated product environments
• Portfolio showing an end-to-end UX design process, including clinical problem framing, workflow mapping, data visualization, interaction design, usability testing, and design rationale
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile app experiences, with familiarity with iOS, Android, accessibility, and platform design patterns
• Advanced experience designing for web and native mobile applications
• Ability to turn abstract ideas into tangible, engaging user experiences
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex design concepts, tradeoffs, and decisions to varied audiences
• Experience with companion experiences for sensors, wearables, connected devices, or data-rich health products is strongly preferred
• Prior experience as a Senior or Lead UX Designer delivering complex digital health, medical device, or clinical software products is desirable
• Bachelors degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, Cognitive Science, Human Factors, or a related field is desirable
• Proficiency with modern design, prototyping, and collaboration tools, including Figma, is desirable
• Familiarity with design systems and AI-enabled design workflows is desirable
• Experience with regulated medical device software, prescription digital health products, Human Factors or usability engineering, WCAG accessibility guidelines, and healthcare onboarding is desirable
• Candidates must be available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees

• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to shape long-term strategy and short-term plans for products and services
• Help set the vision for product appearance, feel, and interactions, and communicate it across the company
• Advance new design ideas and own work that affects the broader product portfolio
• Advocate for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers by understanding their experiences and improving how they use products and internal tools
• Strengthen design culture and contribute to the growth of teams, departments, and the company
• Lead presentations for cross-functional teams and management
• Design experiences that help patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers access, navigate, and find support within the product ecosystem
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Regulatory, Quality, Medical Affairs, User Research, and Human Factors from concept through approvals and delivery
