Schedule: Day Shift Monday–Friday (hours discussed during the interview) Pay: Starting at $16.00 per hour Higher starting pay may be available based on experience What You’ll Do: Welcome patients and prepare them for appointments. Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and patient information. Assist physicians and healthcare providers during examinations and minor procedures. Administer medications and injections as permitted. Collect and prepare laboratory specimens. Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR). Schedule patient appointments and coordinate referrals. Verify insurance information and assist with administrative tasks. Clean and prepare exam rooms while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Provide excellent customer service and help create a positive experience for every patient. Qualifications: Previous medical experience is a plus, but not required . Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical office. Basic computer skills and attention to detail. Professional, dependable, and compassionate attitude. Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
