We are seeking a skilled Powersports Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in various technical tasks, including assembly, repair and maintenance of powersports equipment. This role requires proficiency with industry tools and software and the ability to perform technical repairs, as well as a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

* Utilize tools effectively for various powersports maintenance and assembly tasks.

* Conduct diagnostic problem solving and repair on powersports vehicles and machinery.

* Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to proper safety protocols.

* Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide solutions.

* Perform heavy lifting as required during repairs and installations.

* Assist in Sales & Service by providing technical expertise and recommendations to customers when necessary.

Requirements:

* Proven mechanical knowledge with current or previous hands-on experience in a technical role with a powersports business or an accredited technical course.

* Experience in powersports vehicle maintenance, diagnostics and repair.

* Ability to work in a shop safely and effectively.

* Familiarity with dealership operations is preferred.

* Ability to use modern powersports computer diagnostic tools is a must.

* Certification in Polaris University or Arctic Cat Factory Service Training is highly desirable.

* Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
