Growth Opportunities: Expand your project management expertise while working on complex, meaningful initiatives.Duties and ResponsibilitiesLeads the planning, execution, and closure of projects, ensuring delivery against defined objectivesDevelops and manages comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk managementAssembles and guides cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountabilityMonitors project performance and proactively addresses risks, issues, and changesManages stakeholder communication to ensure alignment and visibility throughout the project lifecycleEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business or related field required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be consideredMinimum of 3 years of project management experience or related field requiredMinimum of 3 years managing complex, cross-functional projects requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office requiredRequired Skills/AbilitiesKnowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and WaterfallExperience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or MURALStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to influence without direct authority and drive cross-functional alignmentAdaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environmentStrong risk management and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and analytical abilities with attention to detailDemonstrated leadership and ability to guide cross-functional teams
