Regional Marketing & Channel, Associate/Senior Associate

Location Brookfield Place, New York - 225 Liberty Street, 8th Floor Business – Global Client Group About the Role We are seeking a Regional Marketing & Channel Associate/Senior Associate to support the execution of integrated marketing initiatives across the Americas. This highly visible role will partner closely with global and regional stakeholders to enhance brand visibility, drive client engagement, and support fundraising efforts across institutional and wealth channels. Ideal candidates possess strong project‑management skills, cross‑functional experience, and the ability to translate complex investment concepts into clear, compelling marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Marketing Planning & Execution – Support development and execution of data‑driven marketing plans, assist in defining messaging, audience segmentation, budget allocation and channel strategy, and manage timelines, deliverables and stakeholder coordination for seamless execution. Integrated Campaign Management – Execute multi‑channel campaigns across digital, media and events; drive lead generation and engagement; establish performance metrics and evaluate campaign effectiveness by channel and audience. Events & Sponsorship Strategy – Identify and support priority proprietary and third‑party events across the Americas; manage select sponsorships end‑to‑end, including content alignment, speaking opportunities, logistics, and related client engagement and marketing activities. Content Development & Audience Targeting – Develop and tailor marketing materials across channels (email, web, social, paid media and collateral); customize messaging for key audiences—including institutional investors, insurance companies, investment consultants and family offices—and support internal advocacy platforms. Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Partner closely with Sales, Investment, Product Strategy and Corporate Communications to align initiatives with commercial priorities and maintain strong communication with stakeholders across regions and functions. Budget & Performance Management – Manage assigned budgets with a focus on ROI and efficiency; track, analyze and report on campaign performance; use insights to optimize future initiatives and inform strategic decisions. Product Launch & Commercial Support – Prioritize marketing initiatives based on business needs and market opportunities; support go‑to‑market strategies for new products and investment platforms. Qualifications & Skills 5–8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within asset management, financial services or a related field. Strong project‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Experience executing multi‑channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, content, media). Familiarity with project‑management tools such as Monday.com or similar platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts. Highly collaborative, detail‑oriented and solutions‑driven mindset. Experience working across global teams and multiple stakeholder groups is a plus. Benefits Base Salary: $115K – $140K. Compensation includes a base salary and a short‑term incentive program (cash bonus). Cash compensation is adjusted for local market conditions.
