Business Operation Specialist

Our client, a leader in property management and asset services, is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to join their team. As a Business Operations Specialist, you will be part of the Asset Services Operations team supporting regional operational activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proactive problem-solving skills, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Business Operations Specialist Location: New York, NY Pay Range: $37 What's the Job? Coordinate and track operational compliance requirements, including Certificates of Insurance (COIs), management agreements, and property-related documentation. Monitor completion of budgets, reporting deliverables, and operational checklists to ensure deadlines are met. Manage employee onboarding activities, including technology setup, system access, licenses, and equipment requests. Serve as a primary resource for operational systems and tools, providing user support, training, troubleshooting, and issue escalation. Support communication initiatives through newsletters, announcements, training follow-ups, and operational updates. What's Needed? Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint. Experience supporting business applications, user access management, and technology onboarding.
