At Paco's Tacos & Tequila, our servers are more than just order-takersthey're the energy behind the experience. As a Server, you'll play a key role in creating a lively, memorable atmosphere where guests feel welcomed, engaged, and excited to come back. This position is ideal for experienced hospitality professionals who thrive in high-volume settings, deliver exceptional service with personality, and take pride in being part of a fast-moving, team-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a clean, upbeat, and welcoming environment guests won't want to leave
- Build genuine connections with guestsour customers are the life of the party
- Communicate clearly with both guests and team members regarding menu items, specials, and updates
- Ensure all food and beverages are delivered accurately and meet quality standards
- Work collaboratively and jump in to support teammates whenever needed
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant is required
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when taking orders
- Comfortable handling cash and operating a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
