Customer Service Representative

Transdev in Lancaster, California is hiring a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and clients. We are seeking friendly, customer service‑oriented people who are dedicated to safety. Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement $18.40–21.50 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Payscale) Starting pay $18.40 with progression to $21.50 over 4 years. Benefits Include Vacation: 70–120 hours per year Paid Sick Leave: 48 hours for non‑probationary drivers who work 30 or more days per year; medical, dental & vision after 90 calendar days of employment for full‑time employees; life insurance; 401(k) retirement benefits; company holidays. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirect to a supervisor. Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures. Meet or exceed established performance requirements. Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times and addresses. Other duties as required. Qualifications Computer literate. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to operate standard telephone system. Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. Physical Requirements Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed. Employee will spend long periods sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen. Work environment includes both indoors and outdoors. Drug‑free Workplace Eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
