## Position Overview

As an All-Around Team Member, you will play a vital role in both the Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations. You will ensure our guests receive top-notch service while maintaining the high culinary standards of our kitchen. This hybrid role keeps your workday dynamic, rewarding, and collaborative.

## Key Responsibilities

### Front of House (FOH) Duties:

* **Customer Service:** Greet guests warmly, answer menu questions, and provide a welcoming atmosphere.

* **Order Management:** Take customer orders accurately at the counter and process payments securely using our POS register system.

* **Order Assembly:** Build high-quality Mediterranean bowls, pitas, and plates customized exactly to the guest's preferences.

* **Dining Room Care:** Maintain a spotless dining area, wipe down tables, restock beverage stations, and ensure overall cleanliness.

### Back of House (BOH) Duties

* **Food Preparation:** Prepare fresh ingredients daily, including washing vegetables, chopping herbs, and following recipes for signature sauces.

* **Kitchen Cleanliness:** Wash dishes, sanitize cutting boards, safely operate kitchen equipment, and dispose of trash.

* **Food Safety:** Adhere strictly to local health department guidelines, safe food handling protocols, and storage temperatures.
