Learn more at genpt.com.Position PurposeThe Sr. Manager of Product Management – NAPA Store Experience leads the strategy and delivery of innovative products that support store associates and enhance customer experiences. This role drives value across key store touchpoints—including point of sale, delivery dispatch and route planning, and phone/order management—while improving sales, efficiency, and satisfaction.As a senior product leader, this individual aligns business, customer, and technology priorities, leads high-performing product teams, and fosters cross-functional collaboration.
