Job Details Job Location : New York, NY 10013 Salary Range : $20.00 - $24.00 Hourly Job Category : Restaurant - Food Service Beefbar is looking for a polished and welcoming Host to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a warm personality, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced, upscale environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide a positive first impression of Beefbar Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently Escort guests to their tables and present menus Communicate effectively with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service flow Manage waiting lists during peak hours Answer phone calls professionally and handle inquiries Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area Assist with special events and large party arrangements Qualifications Qualifications Previous experience as a host in a fine dining establishment preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in reservation management systems, including Resy, OpenTable, and SevenRooms.
